This agreement applies to all Genius Mind Academy (GMA) programs, including but not limited to the #GMA e-Learning Program, #memohack, #speedHACK, #PowerHack, #memoSCHOOL, both online and onsite. By signing below, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agree to every clause in this agreement.

1. Acceptance of Terms

Registering for a GMA program signifies your acceptance of this Agreement, which may be amended from time to time. GMA may notify you of changes by reasonable means. Continued use of the Training constitutes acceptance of those changes.

2. Course Access and Usage

GMA provides a non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the training for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may access, download, save, or print limited sections of the training. However, you may not distribute, modify, sell, resell, or reproduce the training or its contents without prior written consent from GMA. Your access to the course will end at the completion of the program term.

3. Account Security

Your account is for your exclusive use. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password, and for notifying GMA of any unauthorized access or security breach.

4. Copyright and Intellectual Property

All GMA Programs are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. All content remains the property of GMA.

5. Fees and Payments

Program fees are payable upon registration. All courses are subject to a strict no-refund policy.

6. Participant Conduct & Facility Rules

All participants must behave respectfully and courteously at all times and adhere to all facility rules and regulations. Participant are required to wear appropriate attire for physical activities to ensure safety and hygiene. Participants agree to use equipment and facilities responsibly and may be held liable for any damage they cause. Personal Belongings: GMA is not responsible for loss or damage of personal belongings brought to the center.

7. Attendance and Punctuality

Participants are expected to attend all scheduled classes on time. Guidelines for absences and make-up classes will be provided upon enrollment.

8. Health and Safety

Participants must follow all health and safety guidelines, especially during physical activities. Any pre-existing health conditions must be disclosed. All participants are required to familiarize themselves with GMA’s emergency procedures and evacuation routes.

9. Liability Waiver

Participants acknowledge that physical activities involve inherent risks and agree to participate at their own risk. They GMA from any claims related to injury sustained during participation.

10. Photo and Video Policy

Taking photos or videos may be subject to restrictions. Participants must respect the privacy of others and obtain proper consent.

11. Academic Integrity & Misconduct

Participant Conduct and Integrity Participants are expected to adhere to the highest standards of academic integrity. Any form of dishonesty, including cheating, plagiarism, or other forms of academic misconduct, is strictly prohibited. Participants are responsible for ensuring that all work submitted is their own and that they abide by the rules of the program.

12. Term and Termination

This Agreement is effective upon acceptance and remains valid while you maintain a current, fully paid registration, or until terminated by GMA.

13. Usage of Content

By agreeing, you allow GMA parties to use student learning videos or images for relevant marketing purposes.

14. General Provisions

You may not transfer your rights or obligations under this Agreement to any third party.  Failure or delay in exercising any right, remedy, power, or privilege by either party doesn’t constitute a waiver of those rights.  If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force.  This Agreement, along with GMA’s Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy, constitutes the full understanding between you and GMA.

15. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Malaysia.

16. Final Reminder

Please review this agreement carefully before signing to indicate your acceptance.
